Her birthplace was Santa Monica, California on the 26th of November 1986. She is the child of Vincenzo Barba the father of her and Valerie Barba. She and her family moved from Point Pleasant, New Jersey, at six. In terms of her education, she attended Red Bank Catholic High School in New Jersey. After graduating at Catholic University with a Bachelor's in Architecture and a Master's in Architecture, she continued to study at the school. Additionally, she began playing the violin around the age of four and was called Violin Girl. Due to her musical performance, she was referred to as Violin Girl. She gave violin lessons for children from the neighborhood. In the year 19 she entered into the 6th American Idol season and performed the single Free 1976. The singer was eliminated after she finished 16th in American Idol. She performed a number of songs including 'The Christmas song as well as "Out for Blood" in 2010, to name a few. She has also appeared on the shows of Jimmy Kimmel Live! Antonella Barba rose to stardom singing in the United States during the 6th Season of American Idol. The singer began her career on film following her expulsion from American Idol in six seasons. This is why she has played small parts in movies and competed on Fear Factor's season in 2012. The singer plead guilty in July to possession of over four hundred grams of fentanyl to sell.
