Alison Krauss

Alison Krauss' first taste of fame as a fiddler came in the year 1990 when she was just 19 and was awarded the Grammy award in the category of Best Bluegrass Album. This was an incredible feat that was not just due to the fact that Krauss was young, but also because I've Got That Old Feeling was the third release in her collection. Too Late to Cry was her first release, and was made available in her Champaign Illinois resident's age of sixteen. The singer had signed with Rounder Records, one of the top folk labels, at the age of fourteen. Krauss is widely known for her amazing virtuosity as well as her achievements when she was just a few years old. Her devotion to bluegrass, one of the most traditional and underrated forms in American music, has also been an ongoing thing. Krauss is now an adult, having grown from a teen phenom into an experienced musician and producer. Alison Alison Alison
